Key Responsibilities

Required technical competency in Plating Process ie. Panel Plating, Pattern Plating, PTHs, Warp Plating, Electro-plating, Etch Resist, and surface finishing ie. OSP and ENIG. Knowledge of chemical batch ie. Temperature, batch level, speed, current, Thickness etc. Monitor and manage process production as per Procedures, WI, and control Plan Plan and maintain 4-M in Process Meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets Monitor performance of Operators and Machine Improve production Quality/efficiency and managing waste. And analysis in house rejections. Ensuring manufacturing with adherence to legal and safety standards. Perform CAPA for inhouse rejection and customer complaints. Perform internal audits (Process, Product & System) CFT member for all audits, 5-S Activities, rejection analysis internal improvements and customer complaints. Training to Operators as per needs and plan for improvement in productivity, quality, skill-upgradation.
