Essential Job Functions:

• Provide direct technical support in planning, designing and leading implementation of platform solutions for Viatris s global network infrastructure
• Support the intake of business service requests and business projects and initial design triage across platform technologies while ensuring that technology solutions being implemented are aligned with the proposed design and business requirements
• Participate in review of design documentation, including but not limited to:

• Design Specifications, Configuration Specifications, Requirement Specifications, and Architecture Diagrams
• The role holder will work closely with geo aligned Tower leads, SMEs and Bid managers depending on the stage of opportunity.
• Develop detailed schematics relating to new installations and existing upgradation, migration, or integration.
• Build detailed solutions in response to RFPs
• Solutioning and documenting Data Centre and infrastructure solutions and preparing high level and low-level design documentation.
• Produce solid and secure system designs according to industry best practices.
• Candidate shall be open to work in stretched shifts, odd working hours and weekends as per the work requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8 to 10 Years in Platforms
• Technical Expertise Data Center Solutions Stack (Compute including Windows & RedHat/Suse Linux, Storage, Backup)
• Expertise on Virtualization (VMWare vSphere), Disaster recovery solutions & Hyper converged infrastructure
• Should be adept at handling issues pertaining to network or service outages, engage multiple SME teams and Customer management when required
