Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering role. Strong experience in AI and Agentic AI system development. Expertise in Python and FastAPI for backend development. Frontend development proficiency using ReactJS and Next JS. Solid working experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and
orchestration.

Proficiency with Azure services, especially storage and container hosting. Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts and SQL. Hands-on exposure to DevOps practices, including CI/CD, cloud deployment,
and automation.

Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities. Experience working with vector databases, LLM operationalization, and
enterprise-scale AI solution architecture.

Exposure to distributed systems. Experience in mentoring and leading technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and Agentic AI applications and
services.

Lead end-to-end technical execution across architecture, development, testing,
deployment, and monitoring.

Build scalable backend systems using Python and FastAPI. Work on interactive front-end applications using ReactJS. Develop microservice-based solutions and deploy them using Docker and
Kubernetes.

Leverage Azure cloud services (Azure Storage, containers, pipelines) for scalable
AI workloads.

Integrate applications with RDBMS and ensure efficient and secure data
handling.

Champion DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation,
observability, and deployment optimization.

Present technical solutions and design approaches to internal and external
stakeholders.

Mentoring and guiding team members in technical development and problem
solving.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, technical
requirements, and implementation plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,200,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
