performing surgical procedures to repair, reconstruct, or enhance physical features, addressing issues from birth defects, injuries, burns, or disease (reconstructive) and improving aesthetic appearance (cosmetic). Key duties include consulting with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, educating them on risks, performing surgery with meticulous technique, providing post-operative care, and maintaining detailed records while staying current with new advancements. Core Responsibilities

Patient Consultation

: Meet with patients to understand goals, medical history, and perform examinations.

Treatment Planning

: Develop customized surgical or non-surgical plans, explaining risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.

Surgical Procedures

: Perform operations like facelifts, breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, liposuction, and complex reconstructive surgeries.

Pre & Post-Op Care

: Manage patient care before surgery and provide follow-up care, including monitoring recovery and managing complications.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records.
