Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled

Plastic Injection Moulding Manager

to oversee and manage the complete moulding operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising machine operators, optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, maintaining machines, and driving efficiency in the moulding department.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day operations of plastic injection moulding machines. Supervise a team of operators, technicians, and support staff. Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet targets, deadlines, and quality requirements. Ensure proper mould setup, process parameter setting, and troubleshooting for consistent output. Implement preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate with the maintenance team for minimal downtime. Monitor and control raw material usage, wastage, and inventory. Ensure adherence to safety standards, 5S practices, and compliance with company policies. Train and develop operators/technicians to enhance productivity and skill levels. Coordinate with Quality Assurance to maintain product standards and resolve non-conformance issues. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on production, efficiency, and manpower utilization. Drive process improvement, cost reduction, and machine utilization initiatives.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Plastic / Polymer Engineering or equivalent. Minimum

7-10 years of experience

in plastic injection moulding, with at least

3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role

. Strong technical knowledge of injection moulding machines, tools, moulds, and auxiliary equipment. Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of ISO/Quality systems and safety standards. Strong communication and reporting skills.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
