We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Production Manager

to oversee and manage the daily operations of our

injection moulding unit

, ensuring timely production, quality output, and optimal use of resources. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of injection moulding processes, team leadership skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, monitor, and control daily production targets to meet dispatch schedules. Manage mould changeovers, machine settings, and start-ups to minimize downtime. Lead a team of operators, supervisors, and technicians with a focus on productivity and discipline. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores for smooth operations. Analyze and reduce rejection rates, cycle times, and breakdowns. Maintain production documentation, reports, and shift records accurately. Ensure safety, 5S, and good housekeeping practices on the shop floor. Implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling, and training initiatives.

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Plastics Engineering Minimum 2-4

years

of experience in injection moulding, with at least

2 years in a managerial role

Key Skills:

Expertise in operating and troubleshooting injection moulding machines Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of plastic materials (PP, HDPE, ABS, etc.) Understanding of ISO / BIS / GMP compliance Good communication and decision-making ability

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
