Job Description

Plan and manage production schedules

to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of products, meeting both internal and external customer needs.

Monitor daily production activities

, ensuring that targets are met and quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.

Lead, mentor, and manage the production team

, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a productive and safe work environment.

Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams

to ensure the availability of materials and supplies required for production.

Implement and monitor quality control processes

to ensure products meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications.

Optimize production processes

by identifying areas for improvement, reducing waste, and enhancing overall efficiency. Need to know industrial moulding
