Key Responsibilities

Operate extrusion/molding machines to produce plastic drums, following established procedures. Monitor machine operation for efficiency and quality, adjusting settings as needed. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery. Ensure proper machine setup and operation to meet production targets

Follow all safety procedures and regulations related to handling and storing drums. Identify and report any quality issues or safety concerns. Properly handle and store plastic drums, ensuring they are free from damage. Maintain accurate records of production data.

Key Skills

High School Diploma (or equivalent). Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machine operation. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Good manual dexterity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (drums). Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Knowledge of safety regulations related to drum handling is a plus.
Minimum HS or any graduate will work.

Experience should be 2 to 5 years.
