We are looking for a skilled and responsible

Plasma Operator

to join our structural steel manufacturing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience operating CNC/automatic plasma cutting machines in a

PEB or structural fabrication environment

.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate plasma cutting machine to cut structural steel as per drawings/specifications Read and interpret fabrication drawings Ensure quality and accuracy of cuts Perform routine maintenance and machine checks Maintain safe and clean work environment Coordinate with the production and quality team

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in operating plasma cutting machines Experience in a PEB/structural steel fabrication company is preferred Ability to read basic engineering drawings Understanding of machine parameters and settings Physically fit and willing to work in a factory environment Basic knowledge of safety practices

Education:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field preferred Or relevant hands-on experience with secondary education
