Requirements and Skills

1. The primary role is to operate the CNC plasma cutting equipment, ensuring that parts are produced to precise specifications.

2. Perform cuts and required nesting as defined by production

3. Knowledge of MDI and shape library

4. Prepare and load the raw material (e.g., steel plates) into the machine, ensuring proper placement for efficient cutting and safe operation.

5. Read and interpret technical drawings

6. Set up the CNC machine with the correct program, tools, and settings, including torch height, gas pressures, and travel speeds, based on the part specifications. 7. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the cutting process, and perform routine maintenance on the machine to ensure optimal performance.

8. Assist in managing inventory of materials, consumables (e.g., gas cylinders), and tools, making recommendations for replenishing stocks.

9. Maintain accurate records of production runs, including material used, parts produced, and any adjustments made to the cutting process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
