We are looking for a skilled

Plasma CNC Programmer (Mechanical)

with strong knowledge of

AutoCAD

and

FastCAM nesting software

to join our fabrication team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing CNC programs, optimizing material usage, and supporting production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare CNC programs for plasma cutting machines. Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD. Perform nesting using FastCAM software to optimize material utilization. Interpret mechanical drawings and fabrication details. Coordinate with production and planning teams to meet delivery schedules. Ensure cutting accuracy and minimize material wastage. Maintain proper documentation of programs and nesting data. Support troubleshooting during production if required.

Requirements:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Proven experience as a Plasma CNC Programmer. Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and FastCAM nesting software. Strong understanding of fabrication drawings and structural components. Basic knowledge of steel materials and cutting processes. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in structural fabrication industry. Ability to handle multiple jobs and work under deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary:

As per industry standards / Based on experience and performance

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
