Experience: 1-3 years in Plant/Factory HR

Salary: ₹20,000 - ?30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Role Overview

The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR activities at the manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining workforce discipline, overseeing statutory requirements, and implementing welfare initiatives for factory employees. This role demands strong on-ground presence, quick decision-making, and the ability to handle workforce issues directly and firmly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Attendance & Daily HR Operations

Monitor biometric attendance, absenteeism, late occurrence Maintain shift schedules, weekly offs, and manpower allocation Prepare daily HR reports for management

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage walk-ins on scheduled days (Tuesday & Saturday) Screen candidates and coordinate technical rounds Handle joining formalities, ID card creation, and orientation

3. Employee Relations

Be present on the shop floor for basic HR support Handle worker queries regarding attendance, leave, salary inputs Escalate major issues to central HR

4. Statutory & Basic Compliance Support

Assist in maintaining statutory registers (with consultant support) Ensure proper documentation for ESI/PF Check contractor attendance & wage records

5. Welfare & Workplace Support

Ensure PPE, canteen, water, rest area availability Support safety training and awareness programs Maintain discipline on the shop floor

Education

MBA / MSW / BBA / B.Com / Any HR-related degree

Compensation: Annual CTC: ₹2.4 Lakhs - ?3.6 Lakhs (based on experience and interview performance) + Incentives based on store targets.
