Job Description

Qualification:

B.Sc. in Agriculture / Horticulture / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Botany

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of culture media and sterilization of instruments and explants

Aseptic techniques, MS media preparation, callus induction, micropropagation, and in vitro regeneration.

Handling plantlets during hardening and acclimatization stages

Recording daily culture data and maintaining laboratory hygiene

Assisting in optimization and scale-up of micropropagation protocols.
