Educational Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass
Experience Required
3 to 4 years of relevant experience in plant or production supervision
Key Responsibilities
Supervision and management of plant operations
Labour management and workforce coordination
Handling loading and unloading activities
Overseeing packing operations
Ensuring smooth production processes (rice mill production only)
Maintaining discipline, safety, and productivity on the shop floor
Working Hours
12 hours
Salary
?30,000 upto per month
Skills Required
Good supervisory and leadership skills
Knowledge of production and plant operations
Ability to manage labour effectively
Experience in packing, loading, and unloading processes
