As a Plant Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth production processes and optimal efficiency. You will be responsible for managing a team of production workers and coordinating with other departments to achieve production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities according to priorities and plans. Ensure that production targets are met while adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Implement production schedules and adjust as needed to respond to changing demands. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production workers. Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and procedures. Address any safety issues promptly and ensure corrective actions are taken. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. Implement measures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation among the team. Liaise with other departments (e.g., logistics, maintenance, quality assurance) to coordinate activities and resolve issues. Communicate production status, issues, and objectives to management and other stakeholders. Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments to achieve company goals. Checking the working observations of each equipment to ensure any abnormalities are reported immediately Maintenance work of plant and machinery Ensure proper material preparation as per guidelines Overall shift management with proper monitoring of all processes and workers, full reporting and handover post end of sheet
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
