candidate from

manufacturing background of over 3 years

, preference will be given to those who are in

packaging industry

Oversee end-to-end production operations of the manufacturing plant. Monitor daily output to ensure targets are met in line with plant capacity (120 MT/month). Supervise and coordinate with machine operators and shop floor staff. Ensure maintenance and smooth functioning of semi-automatic machinery.

Maintain quality standards

and minimize material wastage. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Manage raw material inventory (kraft paper, ink, stitching wire, etc.). Prepare and maintain daily production and downtime reports. Assist in manpower planning, training. Coordinate with sales and dispatch team for timely deliveries.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
