Job Description

Supervise daily operations of HDPE bottle manufacturing machines (extrusion blow molding, injection molding).

Ensure adherence to production schedules and minimize downtime.

Monitor raw material usage (HDPE granules, color master batch) and reduce wastage.

Implement and enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and pharma packaging standards.

Conduct in?process checks: wall thickness, weight, leak test, visual inspection.

Maintain batch production records, logbooks, and equipment cleaning records.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, WHO, Schedule M).

Prepare and review SOPs for production and safety.

Supervise operators and technicians, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

Conduct training on safety, hygiene, and machine operation.

Enforce workplace safety protocols (PPE, fire safety, machine guarding).

Coordinate preventive maintenance with engineering teams.

Report and resolve deviations, breakdowns, or safety incidents.

Support audits and inspections with ready documentation.
