Job Description

An Plant Supervisor supports the Plant Manager in overseeing daily operations of a manufacturing or production facility. They are responsible for ensuring efficient and safe production, quality control, and team leadership.

Responsibilities-

Assisting the Plant Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating all production activities within the plant. Collaborating with various department heads to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues. Contributing to the development and implementation of operational strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency. Preparing and reviewing operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Preparing daily reports regarding plant productions, sales and operational activities and daily forward to Management.
Requirement-

Candidate Should Be from the Accounting Background will be preferred. Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes and techniques. Minimum 5 years of experiences Educational Qualification - B.Com / M.Com / MBA

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
