Position Overview:
We are seeking a
Plant Supervisor
with a strong background in discipline and leadership, preferably an
Ex-Serviceman from the Army, Navy, or Air Force
. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day floor operations, ensure smooth production processes, and maintain safety and quality standards. The role is similar to the duties of NCO, CHM, BHM, JCO, SM, SNCO.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily plant operations and production activities.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies on the shop floor.
Monitor workforce performance and maintain discipline among staff.
Coordinate with production teams to meet targets and timelines.
Maintain basic documentation and reporting related to production and inventory.
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with environmental standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Background:
Ex-Serviceman (Army, Navy, or Air Force) preferred.
Education:
Minimum high school or equivalent.
Language:
Ability to read and write in English.
Technical:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email).
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
