Plant Supervisor
Job Description
Job role: To ensure the smooth running of the entire manufacturing process. The prime responsibilities are Production & Manpower planning, Product dispatch. Proficiency in Designing, 3D Modelling, Assembly & Drafting using AutoCAD, Solidworks.
Need to ensure the Quality of the product and be responsible for customer experience.
Process deviations, material deficits or any issues need to escalate to the Top Management. Proficient in making detailed drawing with the BOM.
