Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Plant Supervisor

to oversee the daily production and maintenance activities at our

construction chemicals manufacturing plant

in Halol. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth plant operations, machinery upkeep, and effective labor supervision while maintaining high standards of safety and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production operations to achieve targets and maintain product quality. Monitor plant machinery and coordinate maintenance to ensure minimum downtime. Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules. Supervise plant workers and ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines. Maintain records of production, manpower, and equipment maintenance. Coordinate with quality, supply chain, and dispatch teams for smooth plant functioning. Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and environmental standards. Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).

Minimum 1 year of experience

in plant operations or maintenance -- experience in

construction chemicals or related chemical industry

preferred.

Work Conditions:

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
