with 1-2 years of experience in the chemical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, developing and implementing plant processes for new products, maintaining all necessary records as per SOPs, and ensuring smooth and safe functioning of the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all day-to-day plant operations.
Handle key chemical plant processes including
reaction, distillation, and boiler operations
.
Support the development and implementation of processes for
new chemical products
.
Maintain accurate
logbook and documentation
as per SOP.
Ensure safety, compliance, and operational standards are met at all times.
Manage raw material handling and ensure proper inventory usage.
Coordinate with internal teams like dispatch, accounts, exports, and management.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and consultants (like GST consultant) when required.
