We are a packaged Snack Food company. Our office is at Tughalkabad Village, New Delhi.

We have vacancy for Plant Supervisor.

Key responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions Enforce safety and sanitation regulations Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality Initiate and coordinate inventory and cost control programs Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems Prepare and maintain production reports and records. They schedule shifts, assign duties, and monitor performance, ensuring all team members are contributing to the success of the plant. Their role also involves coordinating with other departments like procurement and logistics to ensure the plant has all the necessary materials and resources for smooth operation. Experience in conflict resolution to handle employee disputes and workplace issues effectively.
Experience: Minimum three years experience in the relevant field.

Shift : Day shift

Timing: 8AM to 8PM

Salary: 20k to 30k

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
