: We are looking for a qualified and experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vehicle scrap yard. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record of success in managing production, ensuring safety, and motivating a team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including vehicle processing, material handling, and equipment maintenance Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures Develop and implement production schedules to meet quotas and deadlines Manage a team of employees, providing coaching, motivation, and performance feedback Conduct regular safety inspections and identify and address any potential hazards Maintain accurate production records and reports Track inventory levels and manage the flow of materials throughout the plant Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and store Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices
Qualifications
: 12th passed any graduate and ITI diploma holder Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or recycling environment Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and best practices Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity for professional growth and development Stable work environment
