**Job Title:** Factory Supervisor **Position:** Work / Factory Supervisor (Male) **Age Limit:** 33-38yrs **Job Location:** Bahadurgarh (Company Plant) **Company Details:** Spray Paint Manufacturing Industry **Qualification:** Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Graduate **Salary:** 24,000 - 27,000 INR **Experience:** Minimum 3-4 years in a manufacturing unit / factory as a production supervisor **:** The Factory Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of the production process within the spray paint manufacturing industry. The candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of production operations and efficient management of finished goods until dispatch. **Responsibilities:** - Supervise and coordinate production activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. - Monitor and optimize production processes to achieve maximum efficiency and output. - Manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. - Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth production. - Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to ensure timely product delivery. - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment. - Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records of production activities. - Troubleshoot any production issues and implement corrective actions as needed. **Skills and Qualifications:** - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant graduate degree. - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing unit or factory, preferably in the automobile or paint industry. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Proficiency in production management software and MS Office Suite. - Knowledge of quality control processes and production optimization techniques. **Note:** Candidates with experience in the automobile or paint industry will be given preference for this position Team HR Helpmate Solution Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb922,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb928,000.00 per month Benefits:
