Achieve daily production targets by completing planned batches on the Sigma mixer as per SOP.
Ensure maximum Sigma capacity utilization and timely batch completion.
Conduct Tool Box Training before each shift and follow functional SOPs.
Maintain correct material ratios, compatibility checks, and proper drum charging.
Control mixing and charging time to minimize waste and ensure proper tank cleaning.
Complete SAP entries, job cards, and ISO documentation on time.
Ensure proper handling, sampling, and disposal of unwanted materials and drums.
Monitor safety practices, report incidents, and highlight unsafe conditions.
Ensure proper functioning of equipment, sensors, scrubber, and ID fan with zero leakages.
Ensure effective manpower utilization and preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Report critical observations through Geinsuite with photo evidence.
Ensure compliance with GPCB and statutory safety requirements.
