We're now hiring an

MRO Specialist

who understands the ground realities of plant store operations and can apply ground-level knowledge to keep item and vendor tagging precise and consistent.

What You'll Do:

Accurately

tag items with the correct item group

inside the IndustryPrime system. Handle

vendor registration

-- linking the right vendor to the right item (not just broad item groups). Work with our team to maintain

error-free data

that's simple and reliable for clients. Bring your

own-ground knowledge of MRO items, vendors, and plant stores

to strengthen our system. Drive

day-to-day operations

, implement systems to

enhance productivity

, and contribute to

strategic growth initiatives

.

Why This Role Matters:

Tagging may sound simple, but it's the backbone of smooth plant operations. While companies settle for broad, group-level tagging,

we want to go deeper -- vendor tagging down to the item level.

This precision ensures no mistakes, no mismatches, and no inefficiencies for our clients.

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of

plant store experience

(preferably in steel or other manufacturing industries). Strong

knowledge of MRO items

(maintenance, repair, operations). Eye for detail and accuracy Is proactive, resourceful, and loves solving real problems. Is open to wearing multiple hats and growing beyond the "job description." Basic computer skills and

willingness to learn new software

(we'll provide full training).

Open to learning AI tools

and applying them to make work faster and smarter
