About the Role:

We are looking for a

Plant Simulation Engineer

with hands-on experience in

Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation

to join our dynamic engineering team.
The role involves working on a

3-phase V801 Discrete Event Simulation Model

, focusing on

throughput analysis

,

cycle time optimization

,

buffer sizing

, and

line speed determination

in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand plant requirements and validate inputs received from the manufacturing team. Develop and build

Plant Simulation models

using Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation. Conduct

throughput analysis

,

cycle time studies

, and

buffer optimization

. Identify bottlenecks and quantify throughput losses in production lines. Validate simulation models against actual plant performance data. Run

"What-if" scenarios

to test process changes and identify improvement opportunities. Support

continuous improvement

and process optimization initiatives. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate results to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum

3+ years of experience

in

Manufacturing Simulation / Discrete Event Simulation

. Proficiency in

Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation

(mandatory). Strong understanding of

Throughput Simulation Procedures

and

model validation

. Knowledge of

Python scripting

for automation and data analysis (preferred). Experience with

AutoCAD

,

Microsoft Excel

, and

PowerPoint

. Ability to Analyze complex manufacturing systems and recommend data-driven improvements.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 17 months

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
