Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Plant Quality Assistant Trainee

who is passionate about maintaining quality excellence in seed processing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, sound agricultural knowledge, and a commitment to ensuring product quality from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect seed lots during all processing stages including cleaning, drying, treatment, and packaging. Monitor and record key quality parameters such as purity, moisture content, and germination percentage. Ensure strict adherence to quality control procedures and company standards. Coordinate with plant teams to identify, address, and resolve quality-related issues effectively.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Agriculture/Horticulture (mandatory). Strong communication and report-writing skills. Willingness to work at Toopran, Telangana.
