Job Description

1. Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and procurement.

Ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing of products in line with customer specifications and company standards.

Coordinate production planning and resource allocation to meet output targets.

2. Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Drive lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence programs to improve productivity and reduce waste.

3. Budget & Cost Management

Prepare and manage operational budgets.

Monitor and control operating costs to improve plant profitability.

4. Quality & Compliance

Ensure adherence to quality management systems (ISO, BIS, etc.).

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor regulations.

5. Team Leadership & Development

Lead a multidisciplinary team including production managers, engineers, and supervisors.

Foster a high-performance culture through training, mentoring, and performance reviews.

6. Equipment & Maintenance

Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Drive investments in modern technology and process automation.

7. Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with other departments such as R&D, sales, supply chain, and finance for smooth operations.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and government agencies as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,304.55 - ₹97,248.41 per month
