Plant Operators are tasked with a variety of responsibilities that are fundamental to the successful operation of the industrial facility.
Their primary duty is to ensure that the machinery they operate is functioning correctly, efficiently, and safely.
They are also responsible for monitoring equipment to identify any malfunctions or irregularities, performing routine maintenance, and making basic repairs or adjustments as needed.
Additionally, Plant Operators are expected to adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and participating in safety trainings and drills.
