Operator Trainee assists senior operators in monitoring, controlling, and maintaining industrial plant machinery, learning to operate equipment, conduct safety checks, perform basic maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, simple repairs), collect samples, record data, and ensure adherence to strict safety/quality procedures, all while learning processes to eventually run the plant independently
