We are hiring operators for power plants.

Job Location: Bahrain.

Experience: 1 or 2 years (freshers can also apply).

Communication: Good in English.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Technical Diploma or ITI Certificate in Mechanical, Refrigeration, HVAC, or Electrical engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in plant operations or HVAC systems, preferably within District Cooling or Industrial Utility Plants. Familiarity with centrifugal chillers, air condensers, and centrifugal pumps. Basic knowledge of refrigerant circuits and thermodynamic principles. Ability to read technical manuals, system schematics, and interpret operation logs. Good understanding of preventive maintenance routines and fault reporting. Capable of working in shifts and under hot and humid conditions. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting. Good level of English.

Exposure to district cooling networks or utility infrastructure. Awareness of environmental regulations and refrigerant handling guidelines.
