Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Plant Operator to oversee and manage the daily operations of our plant. The successful candidate will have a strong background in plant operations, excellent technical skills, and the ability to ensure efficient and safe production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain plant equipment, machinery, and systems.

2. Monitor and control production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.

3. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting.

4. Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions.

5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support business objectives.

6. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

7. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and standard operating procedures.

8. Optimize plant performance, efficiency, and productivity.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; degree in engineering or related field preferred.

2. Relevant experience in plant operations or a similar role.

3. Strong technical skills and knowledge of plant equipment and systems.

4. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with process control systems, automation, or PLC programming.

2. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance.

3. Certification in plant operations or a related field.
