Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Dairy Plant Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain dairy processing machines. The role ensures smooth production, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with food safety and hygiene norms.

Key Responsibilities

Operate dairy processing machines such as pasteurizers, homogenizers, separators, filling and packing machines Monitor machine performance and production parameters during operations Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for milk and milk product processing Ensure proper cleaning, CIP (Clean-in-Place), and sanitation of machines Identify and report machine malfunctions or breakdowns to the maintenance team Maintain daily production logs and machine operation records Ensure adherence to food safety standards, hygiene, and quality norms Support production targets while minimising wastage Follow workplace safety guidelines and company policies

Required Skills & Competencies

Hands-on experience in operating dairy plant machinery Basic understanding of milk processing and dairy products Knowledge of GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues Willingness to work in shifts Attention to detail and discipline in following SOPs

Preferred Skills

Experience in milk, curd, paneer, butter, or flavored milk production Knowledge of CIP systems and preventive maintenance Exposure to ISO / FSSAI / HACCP standards

Factory/plant-based role Shift duty as per production requirements
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
