Job Description

We are looking for a ITI Fresher or one year Experienced candidate

1. Production & Operations*

Operate and supervise PVD coating machines

Plan and execute daily production schedules as per work orders.

Ensure correct coating parameters (vacuum, temperature, gas flow, thickness).

Achieve production targets with minimum downtime and rework.

Verify pre-treatment and post-treatment processes (cleaning, blasting, inspection).

2. Quality Control

Ensure coatings meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Conduct in-process inspections and final quality checks.

Coordinate with Quality team for defect analysis and corrective actions.

Maintain coating records, batch reports, and inspection logs.

3. Equipment & Maintenance

Perform routine checks and basic preventive maintenance of PVD systems.

Identify machine abnormalities and report breakdowns immediately.

Coordinate with maintenance team for corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure proper handling of targets, fixtures, and consumables.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?192,000.00 - ?240,000.00 per year
