Educational Background: ITI/NTC in Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) - AOCP, Chemical Plant Operator, or a related discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Instrumentation) or AOCT (Advanced Operator Chemical Technology).

Experience as a Plant Operator, preferably involving Spray Drying or similar continuous/batch process equipment in the Chemical, Food, Dairy, or Pharmaceutical industry.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of chemical process operations, including material/heat balances, fluid mechanics, and process control systems (DCS/PLC experience is a plus).

Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and in a rotational shift schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
