Job Title: Plant Operator

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline

Salary Range: ₹18,000 -
27,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities:


Operate and monitor chemical treatment equipment, ensuring that gauges, dials, and

flow meters function accurately and safely throughout the production process.


Respond promptly to warning signals or alarms, taking swift and appropriate action to

mitigate any risks or operational issues.


Adjust and control manual or semi-automatic machinery via control panels, valves, or

input devices to maintain optimal process conditions.


Collect and test chemical samples regularly to ensure process accuracy and adherence

to product quality standards.


Shut down or adjust machinery during emergencies following established safety

protocols and supervisory directives.


Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance and

prevent workplace incidents.


Conduct routine inspections of machinery to detect signs of wear, damage, or corrosion,

and report any concerns to the maintenance or supervisory team.


Perform end-of-shift cleaning and maintenance of equipment to ensure readiness for the

next operational cycle.
