Jon Title : Plant Operator - Electrolysis Section (KClO?)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate electrolytic cells and related equipment for KClO? production.

2. Monitor process parameters (current, voltage, temperature, flow rates) and adjust controls as required.

3. Record daily log sheets and report deviations to the supervisor.

4. Ensure proper feeding of raw materials and maintain electrolyte balance.

5. Follow SOPs and safety protocols during operation, cleaning, and maintenance.

6. Assist in preventive maintenance, minor troubleshooting, and shutdown/startup procedures.

7. Handle chemicals safely and ensure proper use of PPE.

8. Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.

9. Support compliance with statutory and environmental regulations.

10. Report near misses, unsafe conditions, or breakdowns immediately.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. ITI / Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Process Plant Operations.

2. 1-3 years of experience in chemical or process industries (electrolysis/Chlor-alkali/KClO? plant preferred).

3. Knowledge of chemical safety, PPE usage, and handling hazardous materials.

4. Ability to work in shifts and handle continuous process operations.

5. Good observation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
