Job Description

The Operator will be responsible for carrying out daily production activities in the chemical manufacturing plant in accordance with safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures. The role involves handling raw materials, operating equipment and reactors, monitoring production parameters, and maintaining documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Practical experience operating and maintaining process equipment (reactors, pumps, valves) in a chemical or process industry. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production, quality, and safety. Adhere strictly to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines and PPE compliance.

Required Skills & Competencies

ITI Certification in a relevant trade ( Chemical Plant Operation) or a Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge of chemical plant operations and batch processing. Understanding of safety practices and hazardous chemical handling. Basic troubleshooting skills for process and equipment issues.
