Operations & Production

Lead and manage

press shop, fabrication, welding, assembly, and finishing operations

Ensure

daily production targets

are met with optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials Monitor

OEE, productivity, rejection, rework, and downtime

Implement

Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Continuous Improvement initiatives

Quality Management

Ensure compliance with

ISO 9001 / IATF / customer quality standards

Oversee

PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, and Control Plans

Drive reduction in

rejections, customer complaints, and internal PPM

Coordinate with customers for audits, quality issues, and corrective actions

Maintenance & Tooling

Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of

power presses, CNC presses, laser cutting, bending, welding fixtures, and tooling

Monitor

tool life, die maintenance, and spare management

Improve machine uptime and reduce maintenance costs

Cost Control & Efficiency

Control manufacturing costs through

scrap reduction, process optimization, and energy management

Prepare and manage

plant budgets

Track and improve

conversion cost, yield, and overall profitability

Manpower & Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop

production, quality, maintenance, and support teams

Ensure

skill development, training, and discipline

across all levels Maintain harmonious

industrial relations

and compliance with labor laws

Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with

EHS norms, safety standards, and statutory requirements

Drive a

zero-accident culture

Ensure compliance with factory act and local regulations

Planning & Coordination

Coordinate with

planning, purchase, design, and sales teams

Ensure

on-time delivery (OTD)

to customers Support

new product development (NPD)

and process feasibility
