Expectations:


Fair knowledge of pilot plant operations Working experience in both GMP and developmental environment of R & D like set up. Understanding of GMP documentation /overall Pilot Plant documentation Fair knowledge of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) practices while working in the lab
and pilot plant


Operational experience of distributed control system (DCS) and / OR PLC SCADA. Working experience on continuous processes will be added advantage. Hands on experience of operation and maintenance of different equipment in pilot plant like
reactors, filters, dryers, etc.


Good understanding of nitrogen generation plant, purified water plant, clean room, utilities
(heating / cooling, compressed air), etc.


Good understanding of preparation and filling batch record and plant documentation as
good documentation practices.


Have reasonable soft skills like communication, computer proficiency, etc.
Job Responsibilities:


Work in pilot plant in shifts to support PLGA batches. Participation in the preparedness, readiness and execution of the batches related to PLGA. Assist Zoetis staff in the preparation of the PLGA batches which includes readiness of
equipment set up, water trials, batch execution, equipment cleaning, etc.


Assist Zoetis staff in maintaining the equipment/system and housekeeping of the process
area.


Flexible to work in both pilot plant and lab depending on the workload.
Experience 2 - 5 Years


Salary 4 Lac To 5 Lac P.A.
