Manage workers and assign tasks
Maintain nursery tools and equipment
Monitor plant health and control pests/diseases
Manage stock (plants, seeds, soil, fertilizers)
Ensure proper planting and propagation
Keep records of plants and sales
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the nursery
