Key Responsibilities
Plant Operations & Design
Manage day-to-day plant operations, ensuring optimal production output.
Lead plant layout planning & space optimization for better efficiency.
Coordinate plant expansion, modifications, and design improvements.
Ensure smooth workflow between raw material storage, production, packaging, and dispatch.
Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)
Implement robust safety and environmental practices across the plant.
Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety drills.
Ensure compliance with PPE usage, chemical handling, and waste management protocols.
Team Leadership & Workforce Management
Lead, train, and motivate engineers, supervisors, and plant staff.
Foster a culture of teamwork, discipline, and accountability.
Conduct training programs on safety, technical, and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical/Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.
Experience:
13-22 years in the
manufacturing & chemical industry.

Strong knowledge of
plant layout planning, industrial interior design, and process optimization
.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Sound knowledge of EHS standards, statutory compliance, and ISO practices.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong manufacturing operations & chemical industry expertise.
Experience in plant design, expansion projects, and workflow optimization.
Excellent team management and communication skills.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Other Details
Salary Range:
?70,000 - ?10,0000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
