Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Plant Manager to lead our integrated beverage manufacturing facility in Zimbabwe. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing alcoholic and non-alcoholic blending, bottling and capping, and PET bottle blowing operations.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across blending, carbonation, bottling, packaging, and PET blowing units. Supervise alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage blending ensuring quality and consistency. Manage semi-auto carbonation and bottling/capping lines for energy drinks and RO water. Ensure smooth functioning of the in-house PET bottle blowing unit and quality of preforms/bottles. Optimize production efficiency, minimize wastage, and ensure safety and compliance. Lead and train plant staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and production targets. Monitor material utilization and report key production metrics to management. Proven expertise in alcoholic beverage blending, bottling and capping, and PET bottle blowing operations. Familiarity with semi-auto carbonation systems, RO water packaging, and energy drink production preferred. Exposure to African market operations or similar developing markets will be advantageous.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
