Hiring Now: Plant Manager - Gas Cylinder Refilling Plant

We are looking for an

experienced Plant Manager

to lead operations at our industrial and medical gas refilling facility. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production while driving operational excellence and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

Supervise daily cylinder refilling (Oxygen, Nitrogen, Nitrous Oxide, Carbon Dioxide, Argon, etc.) and meet dispatch schedules.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce PESO, ISO, and other statutory safety standards; lead safety audits and training.

Quality Control:

Ensure all cylinders meet industry and regulatory standards; maintain accurate COA and compliance records.

Inventory & Cost Control:

Monitor liquid gas stock, cylinders, and consumables to optimize resources and minimize costs.

Team Leadership:

Manage, train, and evaluate plant staff; promote discipline, safety awareness, and teamwork.

Maintenance Oversight:

Ensure preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs of compressors, pumps, and filling manifolds.

Reporting:

Maintain daily production, safety, and inventory reports for management review.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).

3+ years of experience

in a gas filling plant, chemical industry, or process industry. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
