Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, leadership, and problem-solving, with a proven track record of driving efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control.

2. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

3. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.

4. Lead and motivate a team of production supervisors, operators, and maintenance personnel.

5. Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.

6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support business objectives.

7. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports.

8. Ensure a safe working environment, implementing safety protocols and procedures.

9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lean manufacturing principles.

10. Foster a culture of quality, safety, and employee engagement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing management.

3. Proven track record of driving efficiency, quality, and safety.

4. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5. Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.

6. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

7. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
