Responsibilities
? Manage end-to-end plant operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
? Implement and monitor GMP, GHP, FSSAI, and safety compliance.
? Supervise and train plant staff, including shift teams and operators.
? Oversee equipment maintenance, preventive measures, and operational efficiency.
? Manage inventory, raw material supply, and cold-chain logistics.
? Report operational metrics, analyse performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
? Minimum 2 years' experience in managing dairy or food manufacturing plant operations.
? Strong understanding of food safety standards, production planning, and machinery operations.
? Leadership and team management skills.
? Ability to problem-solve, make decisions under pressure, and maintain operational excellence.
? Knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and safety protocols is preferred.
