Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations of infection prevention products, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, EHS, and overall plant operations.
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, FDA, PIC/s, USFDA, EU-GMP and other regulatory standards.
Drive productivity, cost optimization, asset utilization, and on-time delivery.
Lead, develop, and engage cross-functional teams across shifts.
Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage budgets, CapEx, vendors, and statutory plant requirements.
Support new product introductions, technology transfers, and stakeholder collaboration.
Champion a strong safety culture and environmental compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, Pharmacy, or related field (Operations Management preferred).
14-20 years of experience with at least 5 years in a plant leadership role.
Experience in infection prevention or regulated manufacturing preferred.
Strong knowledge of production systems, quality, compliance, and ERP/SAP.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, communication, and analytical skills.
