Operations Management

: Direct daily production, coordinate manufacturing processes (production, machinery, packaging), and manage resources efficiently

Quality Control:

Establish and monitor standards to ensure finished goods meet internal specifications and customer expectations

Team Leadership:

Hire, train, and mentor staff, including supervisors and production workers, while fostering a culture of accountability.

Maintenance Oversight:

Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for facility equipment to ensure high availability and reliability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
